Well yesterday my mom asked me to cook spaghetti (mmmm. yum!).

So I was like, "ohmygahd I'm cooking spaghetti by myself," When I reached home I boiled the pasta 'till it was
al dente, yeah I know. I prepared the meat and stuff to go with the spaghetti. Then when I opened the can of spaghetti sauce, I was shocked to see what's inside. Turns out the sauce wasn't sauce at all. It was ready made spaghetti. I was freaking out that time then I remembered that we were taught in school, during home economics, how to make
roux sauce (a fancy word for white sauce, carbonara sauce, mac 'n' cheese sauce, etc). I decided to make carbonara instead.
If you randomers want to learn how to make roux sauce here's what you need:
Butter- a medium sized cube of it
Flour- 2 table spoon
Milk- 1 glass of it
Water- half a glass
P.S this is the same sauce used in making mac'n' cheese
Method:
Melt the butter in a sauce pan in a low fire. Add the flour. Mix it until it's free of lumps. Add milk in small portions. Make sure you mix it. Then, TADAH!!! You have your roux sauce

That's it for today. YOLO people!
